An Italian classic. Simple, elegant flavors. A great introduction to using a pizza stone, and once you try this crust, you'll want to make it time and time again. Detailed materials, ingredients, recipe and step by step instructions will be emailed to participants upon registration.
*Important note: You will mix the dough the evening before the class. This is a self directed task, and you will have access to a video demonstrating the mixing process. It will take around 10 minutes. Please keep this in mind when booking the class*
Required Class Materials:
Pizza stone (or 2 pizza pans if you're nt using a pizza stone)
Pizza peel/paddle (or a no edge cookie sheet)
Kitchen scale - highly recommend (or measuring cups if you do not have a kitchen scale)
Plastic bench scraper - highly recommended
Large plastic bag, plastic wrap or dish towel
