Pizza Friday

CAD $25 per household

Join us for a fun Friday evening of pizzas and trivia.  Learn to make amazing pizzas from scratch and compete in pizza trivia for prizes. Live online class, approx. 2.0 hours in length.

Detailed materials, ingredients, recipe and step by step instructions will be emailed to participants upon registration.

We will learn to make a classic Italian Margherita pizza, as well as a pizza with your choice of toppings.  I will demonstrate using a pizza stone/steel, and I will also demonstrate using pizza pans if you are not using a pizza stone/steel.

*Please keep this in mind before registering:

The recipe for this amazing pizza crust is an easy overnight, no knead dough.  You’ll mix this dough on the Thursday night before class, and let it rise overnight.  Friday morning you’ll put it in your fridge until the class on Friday eve.  These are super easy steps, and you’ll be provided with a video demonstration of the dough mixing process.  This should only take you about 10 to 15 minutes on Thursday eve. Here is the mixing video if you want to have a look before you book!*
