LEARN TO BAKE ARTISAN BREAD
AN EASY INTRODUCTION TO BREAD BAKING

Bake a loaf of artisan bread using a Dutch oven and the no-knead overnight rise method. Live online class, approx. 3 hours in length (with breaks while dough rises). If you don't have a Dutch oven, no problem! we'll learn how to bake this loaf in a bread pan as well.

LEARN TO BAKE AUTHENTIC WOOD FIRED PIZZERIA STYLE PIZZA AT HOME

Step up your pizza game and learn how to use a pizza stone to achieve an amazing replication of a wood fired oven pizza crust. Using quality ingredients, we'll make an authentic Italian Margherita pizza, and another with toppings of your choice. And if you don't have a pizza stone, no problem! We'll also learn how to make great pizza on pizza pans.

Learn to bake a beautiful, braided, golden brown loaf of Challah bread. This versatile bread makes the most excellent French toast! Live online class, approx. 4 hours in length (with 2 breaks while the dough is rising).
