INTRODUCTION TO ARTISAN BREAD
Bake a loaf of artisan bread using a Dutch oven and the no-knead overnight rise method. Live online class, approx. 3 hours in length (with breaks while dough rises).
Neapolitan style pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. Live online class, approx. 2.5 hours in length (with breaks).
Buttery, soft, delicious cinnamon buns. Live online class, approx. 4 hours in length (with breaks).
